“Joe:
Alex and I just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you once again for a great fishing experience. It was Alex’s first serious saltwater fishing experience and it could not have been a better one. You may not be the oldest captain out there, but your knowledge, wisdom and professionalism are well beyond your years. If we make this an annual trip (which I still need to convince my wife about), Alex and I will certainly be calling on you to take us back out. We look forward to fishing with you again.
We are also spreading the word about our trip with you. I have a buddy who is thinking about taking his two boys (9 and 11) out fishing with you later in the Fall. He may be calling you. I am sending you a couple of pictures of the trip which you should feel free to post on your Facebook page or website.
Until the next time, take care of yourself and enjoy your trip to Stuttgart.
Arturo”
Fishing Report for Aug. 21
Today was a great 3/4 day with Arturo and his son Alex! We started off on the Reef where we caught Yellowtail Snappers along with a few tropical fish. We then hit the Hump for some great Tuna action! And last we caught a few Barracudas. Wind was out of the Southeast at around 12 knots. Waves were 2 to 4 feet.

We caught a variety of fish today! We were able to start off on the Reef and catch our limit of Yellowtail Snapper right off the bat. We then headed out to the Hump and caught a Blackfin Tuna and a few Skipjack Tunas. We found two nice Mahi Mahi around 20 lbs. that we caught as well! We saw a few others that didn’t bite. The wind was of the Southeast around 15 knots and waves were 3 to 5 feet.
